02 / Process
six steps. no mystery.
With more than 24 years in the work, the process is tight on purpose. Custom websites and app development, defined before anyone opens a tool.
01
Step 01
Discover
Understand the business inside and out before any production begins.
- Stakeholder interviews — requirements, purpose, and who it's for (B2B, B2C, or both).
- Audit and analysis — current performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO foundations, competitors.
- Market research — customer pain and whether the idea is technically real.
Deliverable. A project specification, sitemap, and a prioritized technology roadmap.
02
Step 02
Design
Turn the requirements into structure you can walk through.
- Information architecture — site structure and the paths people actually take.
- UX and UI — low-fidelity wireframes, then high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Tech stack — backend, integrations, and data shape when the work is an app.
Deliverable. Approved mockups and technical architecture diagrams.
03
Step 03
Build
Agile, in stages. You see it while it's still cheap to change.
- Front end and back end together — the interface and the logic, not one after the other in the dark.
- Weekly demos — feedback early, so launch day isn't the first look.
- Content and CMS — branded writing and a setup a marketing team can run.
04
Step 04
Test
Find the breaks before your customers do.
- Functional testing — features, links, and the paths that make money.
- Performance and security — speed under stress, accessibility, obvious vulnerabilities.
- User acceptance — your stakeholders confirm it meets the business, not just the spec.
05
Step 05
Launch
A staged go-live. No big-bang surprise.
- Deployment — the site to production, or the app into the stores.
- Marketing setup — indexing, schema, and measurement including Core Web Vitals.
- Campaign launch — paid or email, aimed at the first real traffic.
06
Step 06
Improve
After launch, the work becomes data.
- Support and fixes — a 30 to 90 day hyper-care window.
- Analytics review — what happened against the KPIs we agreed on.
- Continuous improvement — SEO, patches, and features earned by use.
